Main purpose of the role -
responsible for ensuring that all brands / projects under his control achieve their agreed objectives key focus will be to continue building on the positive momentum ponds and continue building on the fair and lovely flagship. Must have the ability to run a profitable national portfolio with firm grasp of financial impact on marketing plans. The candidate must be in the - know how and seek to understand the latest beauty and fashion trends globally and in ksa.

main accountability -
1. Planning
prepare annual and long term plans for the brand and projects, based on agreed strategy to indicate tonnage forecast, advertising and promotion plan, market research plan and marketing appropriation. Agreed with marketing director.
2. Briefing and implementation

marketing research
monitor continues research and draw conclusions on brand performance. recommend corrective actions based on research findings.
product / packaging development
roll out regional packaging specs in local market. lead cep projects.
prepare brand advertising strategies and programme, based on agreed strategy
brief agency and progress advertising development to find script. Agree with marketing director.
brief media department on communication channel plans to develop the communication plan. agreed with marketing director.
promotion / merchandising
prepare promotion plan, following discussion with sales department and agree with marketing director prior to implementation.
develop shelf planograms and lead and develop category & trade story.
activity timing: ensure that all activities are completed by agreed time by careful planning and management action
budgets: ensure that all brands / projects expenditure- is kept within agreed budget
brand elements: monitor all brand element-advertising, product, packaging, promotion price, cost etc-recommending modifications and improvements where necessary.
brand data: review all brand / market data - sales audit, competition, distribution etc - to detect areas of weakness / strength and recommend correcting action.
