Booksarabia is the online bookshop for Motivate Publishing, the longest established book publisher in the Gulf region, producing books for more than 20 years. Motivate Publishing issues around 30 new editions a year, under the imprints Arabian Heritage and Gulf Business Books. Most of these originate with authors in the region. Reflecting the interests of a diverse local audience and an influx of visitors increasing year on year, our list of more than 250 titles covers a wide variety of topics, from activity guides to cookery books. We have always placed strong emphasis on helping to preserve and promote the cultural heritage of the UAE. As such, a number of our books have been commissioned from some of the region’s greatest explorers, travel writers and photographers, including Sir Patrick Litchfield, Sir Wilfred Thesiger, Ronald Codrai OBE and royal photographer, Noor Ali Rashid. We also provide a platform for Arabic language publishing, notably the highly successful My Vision: Challenges in the Race for Excellence by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai.
