Santini Human Solutions has been in existence since February 2000. The company was initially operating under the name Emmanuelle Santini. The decision to change the name to Santini Human Solutions was made in order to create a separate entity and in order to decentralize its activities from the main group. We are a part of a multi faceted diversified business group dealing in Hotel Supplies, Electronics, Garments, Textiles, Agricultural products and Human Resources. The group has business interests in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Far East. Our U.A.E operations started in 1979 and we started our Jebel Ali Free Zone activities in 1995, under the name Phoenix International. Santini Human Solutions is licensed by and operates under the legal regulations of the Ministry of Labour (U.A.E) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs (U.A.E). The main activities are to assist and represent companies in UAE and the Middle East, for recruitment of qualified and professional personnel for their operations.
