Established in 2002, Buzz Contact Centre was the first in the Middle East to be awarded the prestigious Certified Centre of Excellence award by Purdue University USA. Buzz was the first UAE Contact Centre to purchase Avayas Voice over IP extension module. Since its inception, Buzz revenue has grown 30%, and call volumes have grown from 1.3 million in Year 1, to 6 million in year 2.
